Rowena Dela Cruz is an operations and financial management expert, specializing in systems analysis and development, trust fund management, business analytics, and contracts administration. She has been at the forefront of innovation for effective funds management of foreign government-funded projects and donor-led facilities. Her work has led to the establishment of sound financial systems and operating procedures that ensure compliance with donor guidelines, and facilitate data-based business decisions.
Before joining the CIF, Rowena was part of African Development Bank’s Clean Energy Financing Partnership Facility and Climate Change Fund, in-charge of a financial and project management system. She also worked on USAID projects focusing on renewable energy and energy efficiency.
A business degree holder, Rowena has taken advanced courses in business administration at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business and is currently pursuing a course in Business Analytics at Quinnipiac University.
