Country Eligibility
A country eligible for participating in SREP programs should be:
- a low income country eligible for MDB concessional financing (i.e., IDA or a regional development bank‟s equivalent); and,
- engaged in an active MDB country program. For this purpose, an “active” program means where an MDB has a lending program and/or on-going policy dialogue with the country.
