Recognizing that it is important to ensure good linkages with key partners in order to promote the efficient use of resources and complimentarity with other sources of financing, the SREP Sub-Committee will invite as active observers to its meetings, representatives of Global Environment Facility (GEF), United Nations Development Program (UNDP), United Nations Environment Program (UNEP), the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), and a representative of the Energy for the Poor Initiative (EFPI).
